This is a wooden giraffe toy made by Playskool in the 1970s.
It is in fair condition. The paint is a little worn and there is a crack in the seat as you can see in the picture.

The wheels turn well and it would make a great display piece.

The measurements are: 20 inches long by 17 inches high.
