Need a jump ring or split ring?
I can attach a sterling silver jump ring or split ring to your charm at no extra charge, just leave me a note when you checkout with your request. I prefer to use sturdy 18 gauge jump rings and 6mm split rings whenever possible. If the charm is too small to fit those, I will use a smaller size as needed (this is most common with miniature charms). If you do not specify a choice with your order, the charm will be sent with whatever is already on it, which is often a lighter weight jump ring.
Not sure which to choose? Here are some guidelines:
- Jump ring: a good choice if you wish to slide your charm onto a necklace chain. A jump ring can also be used to attach a charm to a bracelet, and can be opened and closed with pliers. While you don't have to do this, keep in mind that the most secure way to keep a charm on a bracelet is to have a jeweler solder the jump ring shut after it's been attached.
- Split ring: another good option to attach a charm to a bracelet. A split ring has a double loop like a keychain for added security, which can make it a more secure choice than an unsoldered jump ring.

The number shown as available is what is currently in stock and ready to ship (tip: it's easy to adjust the quantity you wish to order from inside your shopping cart). Shipping:
Most items from my store, including charms, qualify for flat rate shipping. The shopping cart will automatically combine multiple purchases from my store into one order. Orders are shipped using USPS first class mail. First class shipping within the U.S. averages 2-4 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are always available.
Additional information for international orders:
For international mail (including Canada), first class delivery is usually within 2-4 weeks. Please note that I have no control over whether your country may or may not charge you importation fees, duties or tariffs when they deliver your package and I am not responsible for those. I also will not falsify customs documents, so please do not ask. Expect shipping delays around the holidays! International mail can move very slowly the entire month of December and beyond.
Ordering gifts:
I can mail your purchase directly to the gift recipient if you wish. Leave me a note at checkout telling me it's a gift so I know not to include an invoice. Confirm the shipping address and give me your name or a gift message to include in the box, so the recipient knows who their gift is from! I do not offer gift wrapping services, but can pack your purchase in a little gift bag or paper gift box by request.
