Kueh Lapis is a colourful, multi-layered cake commonly found in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. It is made of rice flour and coconut milk, painstakingly baked layer upon layer. I like eat it layer by layer! This piece is a little dance of the Kueh Lapis balancing flowers and cups on their heads!
