This is a Large Wheel Thrown Mug that has been hand stamped with Antique Wood Letterpress stamps that I randomly picked up, (Exclamation Points, Coma's, Dollar Signs, Asterisks, Ampersands....you name it, I stamped it!) and pressed into the clay, here and there, this way and that, creating a tumbling Punctuation Extravaganza!. The inside of the Mug is painted with 3 layers of an intense and wondrous Deep Red, has my signature black swirly-cue, and it has been glazed, so it is beverage/food safe! I have purposely left the clay unglazed on the outside, but it has been stained with a food safe Jet Black. It is such an awesome textural sensation to hold the cup and rub your fingers across the indented letters, plus it visually looks really cool with the glazed inside and handle which has been painted a Glorious Yellow and has the word ETCETERA written on it in black. The bottom of the mug is signed and dated with black glaze by yours truly....

The finished mug holds a Generous 24 ounces of whatever liquid and stands 4 1/2" tall and is about 3 1/2" wide at the top, not including the handle.
*´♥.•NOTE ~ Please Remember: these dishes are made Completely by Hand, start to finish,and Kiln Fired 2 times. They are NOT a store bought dish that I am writing and painting on and baking in an oven {where the Design will eventually fail}....that's what makes them Super Extra Special!!
All of my handmade pottery is painted with lead free/food safe glazes. It is microwave and dishwasher safe, although I do recommend hand washing because my carefully made clay pieces, although very durable, happily deserve a little more love than commercially manufactured ware. Please do not put this in the oven!
