A fantastic Art Deco rhinestone dress clip in the shape of an arrow. The large clip is plated pot metal with a dull, silvery tone. The pin is pavé set with eighty-five 2 mm point back clear rhinestones and eleven square, channel set stones. There were some 2 mm stones missing when I found the pin and I have replaced them so that there are now no stones missing. The tension of the clip is good with six "teeth" to secure. The setting of the clip is a bit bent in a couple of places, causing three of the square cut stones to rest at slight angles. Overall condition is excellent. This clip would make a lovely pendant or brooch, too.
Note: The hat pin version of this piece is valued at $115 on page 103 of Warman's Vintage Jewelry, 2008.
