Size listed is 20, would best fit someone a size 20-24w in the waist.
Model measurements are 42" high waist, 45" where the skirt hits the waist in the picture, 56" hip, 5'8" tall.
Measurements (taken flat, double for true size):
Waist: 22.5"
Hips: free (42")
Length: 31"
The tag says "dry clean only", but went through the washer just fine. Hang to dry.
The skirt appears to have an elastic waist, but has no stretchiness in the waist. It has no zipper or other fastenings.
PS: the white spots in the pictures are because it was raining, not due to any blemishes in the garment.
