On the back, the rack is embossed "12 25 01" and signed - a holiday gift to someone, perhaps? It is solid wood, finished in a cherry stain. There are two holes for screws, or it could also sit on a countertop. It measures 12 in. high, 16.5 in. wide and 2.5 in. deep. The height of each shelf is 5.5 inches. Wooden strips across the front will hold your items in place.
