Cracking (Checking) is normal as the wood dries out. This will not affect the performance of the stand, and adds to the rustic beauty. We will not replace cracked stands that we believe will still work. We can finish your stand for $80. This will help the cracking significantly, but cannot guarantee that they won’t still crack.
Some pieces might have holes from grubs. This is normal with raw wood. We try to get all the grubs out before shipping, but cannot guarantee that they are bug free. Please use a cardboard cake round or doily underneath your cupcakes.

Cupcake stands are now shipped with wood biscuits and already cut divots to make your stand more stable. We strongly suggest that you use wood glue for the best results. If you do not want this feature, please let me know before I ship it.
