These cookies are exactly like my Italian Venetian rainbow cookies, but with a punch of pink. They’re made with moist almond cake layered between raspberry jam, then topped with a generous coating of dark chocolate. Much more than just a pretty dessert, the delicious combination of dark chocolate, moist and flavorful cake layers and raspberry makes these cakes a decadent treat and appeals to both children and adults alike.
More like a two-bite mini-cake than a cookie, each is approximately 1 1/2 inches long and 1 inch wide. This order of 30 cookies totals approximately 1.5 pounds.
Cookies are carefully packaged in white candy boxes. Your order of 30 cookies will be packaged in two boxes.
NOTE: Orders are shipped via priority mail on Monday and Wednesday. Orders placed Tuesday through Friday will be shipped on Monday; orders placed Saturday through Monday will be shipped on Wednesday.
