Approximate measurements:
Bust: to 40 (but looks ideal worn with some looseness)
Waist: to 29
Hips: about 38 (at 7 inches from waist)
Length: 31 from shoulder to waist (waist seam is at 15.5 inches from shoulder)
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: about 14
* as the front zipper is only closure, wearer's measurements must be smaller than those of garment to ensure room to put on and comfortably wear the garment. Mannequin is 35.5-26.5-36 and garment seemed to fit it very well (when waist cinched)
Condition: Very very good. Aside from a couple of small holes on the top of one shoulder and a small snag to the fabric on the front side of the right sleeve, very near to the sleeve/shoulder seam and subtle evidence of small repair points at back seat seam and front waist, this set is in structurally sound and very wearable condition. Despite having been drycleaned, the garment still has a few light stains and smudges (not glaringly visible unless viewed closer up): example: a tea spot on front bodice and near left arm, some stain outlines around collar. A few other small spots and smudges here and there (example: a smudge across back of "left" short--looks like pencil lead. Might come out with spot cleaning (will leave to buyer). On the whole, these are subtle issues and they do not readily detract from the beauty and wearability of this scarce vintage item.
