CUSTOMIZATION:
Items can be customized as stated in product description. This means ‘WORDING’, as in names, dates, etc. It also refers to COLOR of wording. If you need a different font than is shown, there is a $5 charge.

All of these charges can be added by putting them in your shopping cart (no shipping charges are on these items); or by convo and I will create a custom listing for you.

SHIPPING:
Customized orders (whether digital or not) usually take 24-48 hours to complete changes.
DIGITAL ORDERS will be delivered upon completion, therefore, you should expect it to be emailed to you from 24-48 hours after PAYMENT IS MADE.
TANGIBLE ORDERS (meaning: orders that we print/cut/assemble/ship) to you take between 3-4 days to complete, and then shipping is based on how soon you need them.
***SHIPPING CHARGES SHOWN ON LISTING IS FOR FIRST CLASS REGULAR MAIL. IF YOU NEED ITEMS BEFORE 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS FROM TIME PAYMENT IS MADE, YOU WILL NEED TO CONVO ME FOR A CUSTOM LISTING WITH PRIORITY SHIPPING RATES.
IF YOU NEED ITEMS BEFORE 5 DAYS FROM TIME PAYMENT IS MADE, CONVO ME FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING RATES TO BE ADDED IN A CUSTOMIZED LISTING.
