The map covers North Ave. (@ Chicago Historical Society) to Chestnut St. (left to right) and LSD to LaSalle (top to bottom). It includes such nuggets as Goudy Sq. Park, Oak Street Beach, and the U.S . Court of Appeals.
After etching, the recesses (streets) were highlighted for contrast.
Made from a 6x2 inch length of copper, the bracelet measures approx. 2.5 in. across (a standard medium).
The face was given a layer of Permalac to protect the finish and the inside was treated with museum grade wax (Renaissance Wax).
