The pictured half round band is crafted from hand-milled stock that is 2mm wide and 2mm thick. Though more durable than 22k or 24k gold, it still retains the gorgeous glow of the higher karats of gold. Additionally, because the metal is cold-worked, this band is stronger and more durable than similar bands that are cast.

REGARDING WHITE GOLD & PALLADIUM: we typically make our white gold bands with X1 alloy, which renders the bands extremely white and durable, with no need to rhodium plate. We also are able to make the bands in palladium white gold, which is softer and a bit greyer in color than nickel white gold, but warmer in color than X1 white gold. Palladium 950 is an alternative to platinum, but softer than X1 white gold. The hard qualities of X1 white gold make it an especially good choice for a man's wedding band.
