The 18 inch long necklace strand is composed of 6mm black Czech glass beads and amber colored seed beads.
The focal piece of the necklace is my kiln formed fused glass pendant made of green/amber/blue dichroic glass and yellow glass. The Great Dane design is etched and kiln polished making is a permanent part of the glass. This pendant measures approximately 5/8 inches wide by 1 3/4 inches high. The heart shaped toggle clasp is silver plated. French wire was used to cover the nylon coated beading wire and add strength.
This is a very shiny dichroic glass. Lots of bling with this one. The colors of the dichoric glass change and shift when they move in and out various lighting sources.
