Who's Honus Wagner?
Many baseball historians consider Honus Wagner the greatest shortstop of all time. Wagner spent the majority of his playing career with the Pittsburgh Pirates, where he won 8 batting titles and a World Championship in 1909. Wagner was one of the first 5 members inducted into the Hall of Fame and Ty Cobb (who played against Wagner) said Wagner might be the greatest ever.
This multi-color design was inspired by vintage tobacco cards of the late 1800s and early 1900s. This design features Wagner in the foreground, swinging a bat, in his Pittsburgh Pirates uniform set against a yellow and lime green background. The "card" has a very vintage and distressed look. Wagner reminds us that in sports, as in life, actions speak louder than words.
