Classic vintage rust orange brown leather satchel by Hunt Club. This satchel is made of a thick, super soft and supple rust orange brown leather. It features gold tone metal hardware, a fold over flap with a hidden magnetic snap closure, a short handle, an open slot pocket along the front and back, and a long, narrow, adjustable shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is actually detachable as well, easily converting this satchel into a handbag when desired. The interior is lined with a combination of suede, faux leather and the material backing the faux leather, all in a matching shade of rust orange/brown. There is a zippered pocket within the bag which has a leather label on it that reads "Hunt Club Genuine Leather". The satchel does show some signs of love with some surface discoloration, staining and scuffing as well as some tarnishing of the gold tone metal hardware. On the front flap, near the top, there is a darker stain and on one of the side panels along the bottom edge, there are some small circular reddish stains. Overall though, this is a well constructed and quite durable satchel, and it is still in great vintage condition!
The satchel measures 9" high by 9.25" wide. The base measures 2.5" across, with room for expansion. The handle drop measures 1.25". The shoulder strap drop measures 22" at its longest adjustment, and 20" at its shortest adjustment.
