Hold up, I'm gonna heal your ass. This Left 4 Dead inspired Medkit backpack is made of bright red medium weight cotton and measures about 10 inches long by 8 inches wide by 3.5 inches deep (not including side pockets). Comes with adjustable straps but other options are available upon request. The side pockets and front zippers are both functional. Lined on the inside with black cotton. If you need a change in size just send a message.
