It dangles about 1" (2.5 cm) from the 3mm wide silver-plated ear cuff.
Dangling from the cuff are a silver-colored metal sun bead (there's a crescent moon on the other side), a round orange cats eye bead, and a small yellow glass beveled bead.
Note: the mannequin's head and ear are a bit smaller than a human's, so the earring will look slightly smaller on you.
