Loosely based on the Three Rings in Odd Fellow's iconography, this necklace is definitely a statement piece. Spalted wood branch slices of various sizes are encased in patinated brass and resin to create three stunning pendants. These are then combined with vintage brass triangles, which mimic the shape of the vintage chain. Each necklace is unique in its construction. Measures 20" long from end to end.
wenvrsleep is a sustainable line of jewelry constructed from recycled, dead-stock materials and small-scale, artisan-crafted components. Each piece in the collection is handmade by me, a trained art conservator who has been moonlighting as a stylist for the past four years. My love for vintage has led me to create these collections. I strive to create a beautiful, modern, wearable sum of their vintage parts. My focus is on quality and beauty in my pieces - the sort that will be treasured for years to come.
The initial collection of jewelry is inspired by secret societies: The Free Masons, Shriner's, and Odd Fellows. As well as sculptors of both marble and wood: Constantin Brancusi, Mark Lindquist, and Isamu Noguchi.
