ORDERING PROCESS
Step 1: GETTING STARTED
To get started, simply purchase the corresponding listing deposit. The listing deposit as well as any sample purchases will be credited toward your total invitation purchase. Your deposit is nonrefundable.
Once you have purchased the listing, Paper & Parcel will email you instructions to submit information regarding quantity, color(s), wording, and coordinating pieces.
Once we receive your information, we will send you an outline for the total cost of your order. A payment of 50% of the overall total – less the listing deposit and sample purchase(s) – is due at that time through a reserved listing in our shop. After you have approved the final proof, the remaining 50% will be due before printing occurs.
Step 2: DESIGN
After Paper & Parcel has received payment, we'll get to work creating your wedding invitation to your exact specifications.
Paper & Parcel will email you a PDF proof(s) for you to identify any revisions approximately 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. One round of revisions and a final proof are included in your order (additional revisions afterward are $50 per proof).
Step 3: SIGN OFF
Before printing and assembly, you will be sent a final proof by email for your approval.
Review and confirm that every detail is perfect: the layout, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Please double and triple check the proof. We highly recommend having at least one or two other people review the proof besides you. Once you have approved the final proof, Paper & Parcel is not responsible for any misspellings or incorrect information unless the error is ours.
Step 4: DELIVERY
Domestic invitation orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail within 1-4 weeks after you have signed-off on the final proof. USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 2-3 business days. Orders above $500 enjoy complementary shipping via USPS Priority Mail. All orders include a tracking number. Upgraded shipping to USPS Express Mail is available upon request and fees will apply.
International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail within 1-4 weeks after you have signed-off on the final proof. Shipping and handling fees vary per country. Delivery confirmation or a tracking number is usually NOT available on orders outside the United States; however, a tracking number is available for certain countries. Please contact me for more details.

TIMING
We recommend starting the process at least 2 to 6 months from your desired mailing date. Remember to add time if you are sending your envelopes to a calligrapher. We also encourage you to add additional time if the majority of your guests are out-of-town or you are having a destination wedding.
FLAT INVITATION PROCESS TIME
1-4 weeks. Design time typically takes 1-2 weeks, and after a final proof has been approved, production time is 1-2 weeks. Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional cost.
LETTERPRESS INVITATION PROCESS TIME
4-6 weeks. Design time typically takes 1-2 weeks, and after a final proof has been approved, production time is 3-4 weeks. Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional cost.
