Handmade Coptic Bound Journal with Skeleton Key in Pale Green

This is a one of a kind handmade journal made with vintage inspired paper and Coptic Binding. The front cover has a beautiful skeleton key that I have sewn on the front cover. I use a waxed linen thread that I sew all my journals with. I have used brown waxed linen in this case. The journal is made of eleven signatures, which holds eight hand torn pages, sixteen front and back, to fill with your artwork, beautiful memories or just as a conversation piece on any table. After the signature is hand torn, I then wrapped them with an assortment of papers to give the binding a special look. I have placed a small envelope on the inside of the front cover to hide a special message. It measures 5x7. All Coptic Bound journals lay flat when opened. All of the papers that I use are acid free and multi- media friendly. Thanks for shopping and please let me know if there is anything you would like custom made.
