Pre-1989 as Germany is divided.
Globe is in very good vintage condition. No dents, scratches, or scuffs that we could find. One small part (maybe 1/2") of the center band is lifting away but the band is in much better shape than we usually see on vintage globes. The wood stand has some scuffs and scratches consistent with age, mainly toward the bottom. In its resting position, the north pole of the globe lies slightly below the stand with the south pole resting slightly above the stand.
Globe has a diameter of 12". Overall height is about 34".
