Handpainted with stars and stripes then antiqued vintage leather hard sole baby shoe. Stuffed nicely poly fil and the pin keep itself is osnaburg which I stuffed with poly fil and glued in place. I hate glue but no choice here. Trimmmed with rusty bells, rusty safety pins, a few straight pins, a tin star and a handstamped USA tag. Measures 5 1/2 inches long and 3 1/2 inches tall. Shoe lace was coffee dyed same as the tag. Signed. One of a kind.
