This ruffle scarf is a medium weight scarf and drapes beautifully. It has a beautiful, subtle gradation from left to right, changing from purple to red. The yarn is hand dyed by me with natural dyes, using Cochineal & Madder.

As you can see in the pictures, the ruffles are created by 2 bands of felted merino wool (orange and lilac) in the warp and are designed to form a natural collar. This scarf is very soft against the skin.
This scarf is made with the best quality silk you can buy, spun in Switzerland by Camenzind. I used a textured silk yarn in the weft, which gives the overall scarf a subtle texture and sheen. It is finished with a knotted fringe.
It comes elegantly wrapped in a box, perfect for a gift.
Measurements: 36cm x 193cm (14in x 76in) - not including fringe.
