The chain from the front of the collar, wrapping around the underarm and connecting to the back of the collar is approx. 19." The chain around the the neck is adjustable and is approx. between 10-11." The height from the top of the lace to the bottom of the feathers is approx. 10." Please note that the black lace is soft and not stiff so it will have some looseness and movement. The purple and gold applique is 9.5"

This is made in house and made to order! Normal allowance for creation and shipping is 2-3 weeks.
