Incredible in so many ways, this stunning clock is a rare beauty!

Aged to that perfect patina, this large black metal clock displays gorgeous "cornflower-blue" garden flowers. The pretty floral center is surrounded with gorgeous gold-leaf, old-font numerals! Covered and protected with concave curved glass.
Black metal case is beautifully accented with hand-painted forget-me-nots! Overall size 6" high by 5.5 diamter.
Marked: U.S. Time Corp, Pat. Pend.,on reverse, this clocks dates to the 1940's when U.S. Time bought out the Waterbury Clock Company which was scourged by the Great Depression.
Alarm still works - time seems to be a bit stuck now - works on and off. Could probably use a good oiling. Alarm is loud and clear. In remarkable condition for being 70 years old!
