Portland may be known as a vegetarian friendly city, but meat-eaters there know that Portland really knows how to pork. Especially if it's a heritage breed, woodland-raised, hyper-local, organic acorn-fed, use-it-all-nose-to-tail pig (named Fred).
This is a signed poster of a hand-drawn map of Portland neighborhoods, in the form of a pig butchery diagram. In addition to the (MANY!) neighborhoods, there are some porky cuts of pig diagrammed, like ham, jowl, secret bacon, etc.
Measures 13x19, with an approximately 1/4 inch white border. Warm red pig with dark red text, on a mustardy yellow background. Printed with archival pigment inks on 195gsm premium matte paper. Every print is signed by the artist.
