It zips up the back and has diagonal darts at the bust.
The dress was separated from it's belt at some point but the original sewn in loops remain.

Tag reads: Bleeker Street (A Division of Jonathan Logan, Inc.)
Washing instructions read: Machine wash, wash / wear cycle, low temp. Drip or tumble dry. Can also be hand washed, drip dried. Needs no ironing.
bust: 34"
waist: 34"
length: 40"
[Measurements are taken flat, then doubled - except for the length; for best fit, compare the measurements to a similar dress in your closet.]
No size listed. I generally wear a size 8 - 10 as far as dresses go and this fits me but is a little snug in the neck and bust. I'd estimate this to be between a small and medium; probably comparable to a modern size 6 - 8.

This appears to have been hemmed up, then unhemmed, by it's previous owner. (The original hem is in tact but you can see a little line of pin holes running around the circumference of the hem where it had previously been shortened by an inch or two.) There are also a few little pulls in the fabric but none of these little issues are very noticeable, if at all, when worn.
Otherwise in great vintage condition; this will arrive washed and ready to wear.
