* 1" long heavy gauge sterling silver rectangle - stamped with the words or numbers that you choose. Some examples are: "faith", "believe", 2007. (Please contact me if you have a word with more than 7 letters, so that we can discuss different options.)
* 1/2" sterling silver disc, which has been gently cupped, and will be hand stamped with the numbers of your choice, whether it be the amount you've lost, or your goal.
* A swarovski pearl or birthstone of your choice.

1. The word or numbers you want on the rectangle
2. The numbers you want stamped on the small disc
3. The color pearl or birthstone month (see chart)

*Please remember that this jewelry is handmade, and the letters are stamped by hand, one letter at a time. Therefore the letters will not be perfectly straight/aligned, or always at the same depth in the metal. This is part of the charm and character of this type of jewelry, and what makes every piece unique and different!
