St. Patricks Irish Mini Top Hat

I made this hat in honor of Saint Patrick and march 17 , the day which we celebrate him and the day he died. One of a kind hand made mini felt top hat covered with shades of green and gold braid mini top hat. This hat would make any leprechaun proud , it is covered with ribbon and gold braids. The ribbons are satin and velvet and the top is covered with green silk and velvet flowers. . It is trimmed with mini ribbon roses. several Irish green ostrich feathers finish the hat. This mini hat is my medium size mini top hat and Measurements are 4 1/2 by 6 1/2 and 2 1/2 inches for the crown. It has a hair clip to attach the hat to your head and I will add a ribbon or elastic to attach the hat free of charge.
