Your new mug holds a generous 16 ounces and fits in most automobile drink cup holders. It features a plastic spill-proof lid with thumb slide.

* First, our graphic designer spends a whole bunch of time tweaking the background, images and text. When she's FINALLY satisfied, she hits the "save" button (yay!).
* Then, using a unique process, we print your design, in all it's splendor, onto heavy duty vinyl (the same kind that's used for bumper stickers).
* Next, we spray the vinyl with a specially-formulated laminate coating for protection and to achieve a soft papery look and feel which also adds UV and water resistance.
* After it dries, we cut your decal into the tapered shape needed to fit inside the double-walled acrylic body of your new mug. Then we insert all this awesomeness inside, adjust it to our liking, and screw on the water-resistant bottom.
* Finally, your mug is wrapped in bright & funky tissue (just for fun) and put into our inventory where it waits patiently for you to place your order.
When your order comes in, we shift into overdrive and package and ship your mug with lightning speed!
