This gorgeous tie has two labels but no fabric content, so it feels like silk but may be rayon. It measures a whopping 4 1/2" bottom width x 48 1/2" length. The tags are Brotman's Men's Wear Chicago and Holdfirm Cravat, America's Finest.
Please note true vintage ties are much shorter than modern ones. Also, I have aired this tie and find no stains or odors, but you may wish to dry clean before wearing. My vintage neckties are estate items, and I do not know whether the home in which they were stored was smoke or pet free.
