Down insert IS NOT included but STRONGLY recommended to make this pillow look it's best! We offer these with your order, just convo us before placing your order.
Please also note that we create our pillows to not have the "dog earred" effect in the corners therefore the pillow may not appear square when it arrives. But trust us, it's better than a square pillow. ;) If you'd prefer that extreme corner look, please tell us in the "Note to Seller" box during purchase!
