This is a non head sized hat that will fit any head size at any angle of your choice or straight on (if you're a weirdo). My milliner friend calls them doll or toy hats...
Disk is 7.5" in diameter.
Feathers are 10.5" by 2.5"
If you are accustomed to using centimeters, I suggest you use a conversion chart. I like this one:

Condition...
Good vintage condition. There is some paint loss to the stems of the feathers and a couple of spots on the feathers themselves. The inside is slightly soiled where this hat rests on a ladies brow. It's always hard to find this style of hat without a little residue from the pancake makeup of the 1940s.
