Your order is insured for lost in mail or damaged by USPS, we will file a claim for you if this happens!!!

DAMAGED IN MAIL- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items. Do NOT throw item(s) or packaging away. Send us pictures of damage & packaging. This is required to file an insurance claim.

LOST IN TRANSIT- Contact us if your package has not been received within 10 days in the USA. We will do an inquiry for you. The USPS doesn't consider it lost until 30 days have passed at which time we can file an insurance claim for you.

Insurance claims takes 5-10 business days once filed to be approved.

We will not issue a refund until claim has been approved.

By purchasing from us you agree to allowing us to file a claim for you.

THANKSGIVING / We are closed the Tuesday before thanksgiving till the following Tuesday to spend time with family & friends. We will still be taking orders, but will not ship during this time. Orders will be running a few business days behind.

GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY / last day to order: USA Nov 30th & Out of Country Nov 1st. You can still order, but we cannot guarantee it will make it in time for Christmas.

Our Handmade Ribbon: Our ribbon is waterproof that means it will not bleed or smudge if it gets wet. If you need your ribbon washable, let me know & I will send you heat setting instructions to make it washable, via "Etsy Convos" with any ribbon purchase.

➤Do not wear while bathing or swimming. Take care not to expose it to water. This will prolong the life of your jewelry and prevent reactions with chemicals from soaps and chlorine from discoloring it.

➤Do not use jewelry cleaner, it is very harsh! It can take off finishes on fashion jewelry & will remove patinas from sterling silver.

➤Remove jewelry at the end of every day & wipe gently with a very soft cloth to remove dirt & body oil.

Proper care of jewelry will ensure their long life. The Lonely Heart is not responsible for damages caused to products through use & misuse.

"Read to Ship In" is the estimated business days it will take to create your order, this does not include actual shipping time.

A standard industry business day is 9am-5pm depending where the business is located. Weekend days are not counted. If your order was placed after business hours, that night does not count as a business day. It will start the next day.
