Very intricate, hand done macrame, much like the work done on Bolivian shawls. Most likely this is silk ribbon, but as there are no labels, can't be positive. Cord closure, threaded through.
Wear it with something short, or with leggings!

Condition: Very Good
Some fading around neck and one spot in front
that's a bit brown. Inside left shoulder has a bit
of unravelling.
Though worn the other way round, none would be
noticed at all.
