Pinched to imperfect perfection, the piece emerged from a ball of clay. A very meditative process, the form appears as I push and move the clay with my thumbs. The result is always exciting! An impression was made at the bottom, pushed into the wet clay. I love the color and feel of raw clay, so the outside is left unglazed and reveals its natural beauty. The inside surface is fully glazed for easy cleaning. Food safe.
"High fired" to Cone 10, the pot will hold water tightly. Definitely microwave and dishwater safe.
