Sorry, this item sold. You may also like:
The watch part is silver soldered to the band (not glued). I used a ladies wrist watch movement from the the 1940's to 1950's. It still has the red rubies in the gear points. I have a nice stock of movements and the piece pictured may be a little different from the piece I send but I will not skimp on you. The piece you receive will be as nice or better than the piece pictured.
This is a non working watch movement.
I realize there are plenty of people selling rings like this on here. To set myself apart I have three simple points. 1) the band is thicker and nicer. 2) The watch movement is not just epoxied on. I solder and then polish them. 3) I make them to order one at a time and they come gift boxed.
I have have been making and selling these rings in NYC for years. It amazes me the range of Upper West Side ladies to punks who buy them. They really are universal.
If you are in the market for a more substantial ring I also produce solid sterling watch rings in set sizes. Please have a look by clicking here : http://www.etsy.com/shop/billyblue22/search?search_query=watch+ring&search_type=user_shop_ttt_id_5716677&shopname=billyblue22
