This listing is for two pillow covers, as noted above. The covers measure 12" x 16" to fit lumbar pillow forms, which not not included. See custom ordering instructions below.

Ordering Instructions:

In the "note from buyer" section of your purchase form, please let me know your choice of color scheme -- in general. You may choose the color of your pillow cover fabric, the color of the piping, and the colors for the embroidery. Then you must leave me creative license to coordinate the look for you.

Due to the nature of the custom order, the items may not be returned.
