I have created a ready to fuse applique from my silkscreen "Modern Blooms" design. This stylized flower design has been printed in lime ink on prewashed Essex 55% Linen 45% Cotton Blend. The ink was heatset following the manufacturer's direction. The silkscreen design has been fused on one side to Lite Steam-A-Seam 2, a fusible web product. Simply pull off the paper on the back of the flower, position it on your fabric and fuse with an iron using the cotton setting for approximate 20 seconds. You can then finish with your favorite applique technique, though no sewing is required.
This applique would be adorable on clothing or a bag! You can wash your finished product in cold water and dry with low heat. There are so many possibilities!
The flowers come in three sizes. This applique measures 6" across. It is printed in lime colored ink.
