This pillow is designed to be placed on over the eye area but can be used for spot therapy any where on the body. A pillow this size covers the eye and temple areas on most people.
Store in the freezer when you are not using and you have an instant "ouchie pack" for when little ones get hurt. These are purposely unscented. If you would like to add your own scent just spritz the pillow with what works for you.
