This is an amazing, hand painted, antique RS Silesia HUGE porcelain plate marked "Tillowitz". Wonderful pastel rose motif in soft pinks and yellows with a bud and thorn crest, gold rim and fabulous watercolor wash background in various soft hues of yellow, blue and green. Some wear to gold rim, from age and love, as shown. Truly a statement piece!
This is a huge plate with a diameter of 12.25" - over 1 foot!
This can be used for dining. I recommend washing by hand to preserve the details. Great display item as well. Wonderful alternative to traditional framed art.
I have used a transfer and heat technique to seal the image into the plate.
