Floral Chiffon Ruffle Necklace

I created this ruffled chiffon necklace from fabric scrap I had in my stash. I absolutely love the fresh, spring feel of this necklace. The fabric is a loosely woven fabric, meaning the ruffles are, and will continue to fray. I think it adds to the romance of the piece!!

The necklace is approx 23 1/4 inches total, and the ruffle is 6 inches long.
