I went out into my garden to clear out the dead stuff, trim back the alive stuff, and plant hyacinths for some desperately needed spring colour. Then I spent the rest of the afternoon at my spinning wheel, and look what popped off the bobbin! A skein the colour of pale pink hyacinths with fresh strong green leaves!
This is a two ply skein so it is as strong as a hyacinth. It would make a nice little spring hat! It’s a one-of-a-kind yarn that won’t appear again.
A two ply 175 gram (6 ounces) approximately 124 yards long, spun in a pet and smoke free environment. Yarn Weight = Aran (8 wraps per inch)
