A great reminder to us always, this portion of 1 Corinthians 13:8 is hand embroidered using DMC floss on muslin colored fabric backed with warm and natural batting. A brown button has been sewn on for the center of the flower. The simple wooden frame has been painted a beautiful burgundy color all over and then distressed for a more rustic appearance. There is no glass to worry over breaking, and the back opening is covered in brown paper and signed with my initials and the year in which it was made. A hanger has been added to the back so that you may hang it from a wall, but it also comes with a dowel that can be placed in the back for a standing accent piece as well.
The frame measures about 8” square and the opening displaying the embroidery is about 3.5” square.
