Hand-made art book 'The Garden'

The Garden is a hardback concertina art book with 21 colour interior illustrations. The project was a collaboration with my boyfriend, who drew the line art in pen and I then coloured it with pencils! The illustrations are a celebration of form, pattern and colour, and suggest a surreal compendium of other-worldly organisms.

Each copy has been entirely printed and bound by me, with Epson inks and using quality Hahnemule paper from the amazing Shepherd's bookbinders/paper merchants in Bloomsbury. The books are tied closed with ribbon and are a limited edition of 50, with every copy numbered.
