It has a stand up collar that is adjustable simply by bending the flexible boning that is on each side. The size is about a modern day 2 to 4 Misses.The waist measures about 25 1/2 inches. The hem can be easily adjusted to work for whatever length you need. Satin underskirt and piping at waist with long lace sleeves. There are fabric covered buttons at the neck back and at the sleeve cuffs.No Labels, looks to be custom sewn. Very Nice!
