This is my 3rd art embroidery featuring recycled wool.
I made bold hand-stitches of (new) wool in shades of green and mustard yellow to create the patchwork fields. The background fabric is cream coloured wool, rescued from a damaged blanket.
Fixed permanently (with staples) in a wooden embroidery hoop for display, with a cardboard backing behind the wool detailing the name of the artwork and when it was made etc.
You can hang this through the gap at the top by the metal screw adjuster (I recommend using a nail with about one inch sticking out from the wall)
SIZE: Approximately 12.5 inches diameter (31.5 cm)
As with all my items, the recycled components were washed before use.
