Why should you buy handmade soap? Nothing is better then handmade soap. Commercially available soaps remove the glycerine from the soap making products, to use it in more expensive lotions and cosmetics. Handmade soap still has the glycerine in it, so it is richer, lathers better and is better for your skin.
I keep my soaps "fat rich" meaning that they will lather beautifully and have a softer feel to them as well as being moisturizing for your skin. (if you are really interested I stick to between 5% and 8% superfat).
No two batches are ever exactly the same, so the cakes of soaps shown here are not the exact ones that you will receive, but will be very similar.
If you live in Brisbane and want to pick up your soaps to save you the cost of postage you are more then welcome (as long as you don't expect me to weed the front garden!)
