The label says RN 80934, and it is made in China. It is in EXCELLENT condition - very clean. It actually appears to have never been worn, but if it was, it was well taken care of. I would guess it's about a medium. It is approx. 21-22" around on the inside. My head is 21.5" and it fits great (as pictured.)
